Treningi dla młodzieży i dorosłych

Zapraszamy na nie wszystkich zainteresowanych w wieku +10
(nie ma górnej granicy wiekowej)!

Capoeira to wyjątkowa forma sztuki, łącząca elementy walki, akrobatyki, muzyki oraz przybliżająca kulturę Brazylii. Ćwiczenie Capoeira przyczynia się do poprawy wytrzymałości, gibkości, koordynacji ruchowej; zwiększa siłę, koncentrację oraz równowagę fizyczną. Uczy także dyscypliny oraz pracy zespołowej.

Oprócz korzyści fizycznych, trenujący uczy się także grać na instrumentach stosowanych w Capoeira oraz poznaje piosenki w języku portugalskim. Większość naszych uczniów dodatkowo z czasem uczy się również mówić po portugalsku.

Treningi dla dzieci

Zapraszamy na nie dzieci w wieku 6-10 lat!

Podczas zajęć Capoeira dzieci doskonalą swoją siłę, gibkość, koordynację ruchową oraz poczucie rytmu. Odkrywają techniki sztuki walki i akrobatyki. Oprócz tego uczą się grać na instrumentach i śpiewać, jednocześnie wchodząc w interakcje w grupie i dobrze się bawiąc.

Stosujemy ćwiczenia i zabawy, które angażują zarówno zdolności fizyczne, jak i umysłowe. Pozwala to dzieciom na odkrywanie swoich predyspozycji i ograniczeń, jednocześnie doskonaląc dyscyplinę, pracę w grupie, ale również indywidualność.

Pracując w przyjaznym środowisku, dzieci budują swoją pewność siebie i uczą się szanować innych ludzi oraz kultury.

"Brzmi fajnie, ale jestem już na to za stary...""Może jakbym był nastolatkiem, to bym się zajarał...""Capoeira to raczej coś dla młodszych...""Dużo tych takich fikołków, a to już nie dla mnie..."Ileż to razy słyszeliśmy tego typu wątpliwości rozmawiając z ludźmi? Ale bierzemy te wymówki i wyrzucamy do kosza, bo od początku roku prowadzimy zajęcia dedykowane wyłącznie dorosłym! Mniej tu akrobacji i gimnastyki, więcej treningu siłowego, technik konfrontacyjnych i pracy nad mobilnością. Capoeira jako sztuka walki jest dla wszystkich, trzeba tylko wybrać z całego jej potencjału to czego akurat potrzebujemy.
